New - Flags, Emblems and Backgrounds Merged

[Abandoned] - Due to how complex the file organisation is and consistent problems with other mods.

Fixing if it causes, other than that I will not be updating this version further.

I would recommend changing over to Flags, Emblems and Backgrounds Merged overall file size is larger as less to no compression. However due to this and reduced file naming, compatibility and ease of use for myself to update is much easier.

Ironman & Achievement Compatible

Description
Merged and updated just some of the many flag and emblem mods out there, and several of my own changes.
There are now over 3700 emblems and over 550 backgrounds.

Most of the content here belongs from the below mods, if anyone request their files be removed, they will be promptly.

Changes include
- Removed unused assets or duplicates.
- File compression standardized throughout, to reduce combined file size.
- The compression can result in some quality loss, so far, I have not noticed anything significant.
- Merging of folders and naming to sort all added assets bellow vanilla assets.
- Merged multiple mod categories into fewer.
- Added access to the hidden emblems i.e., curator, primitive, swarm etc.
- Replaced all vanilla icon flag folders to allow for better sorting and consistency.
- Expanded Localisation.

Recommended
UI Overhaul Dynamic I just don’t know why you don’t have this.
UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colours You got more flags why not add more colour too.

Compatibility
- GUI edit to add back scrollbar on symbols menu, if you’re using a mod that already does this,
like UI Overhaul Dynamic, place this mod above it.

- Mods that change species creation menus are incompatible.
- Use UI Overhaul and patches.
- Mods that change or add to vanilla icons and flags. Wont crash but will result in large flag list.

- UI Overhaul Dynamic has an array of compatibility patches for popular mods.
- UI Overhaul Dynamic - Compatibility Patches.
- Additional patches can often be found linked to mods in relation to UI Overhaul Dynamic.

Load Order
- Flags, Emblems n Crests Merged
- Any Mod that adds to or changes the species creations windows
Example mods
- (Any Mod that adds Ethics)
- Stellaris Evolved
- UI Overhaul Dynamic
I Recommend you follow all other mods recommended load order and place this above.

FOR BEST COMPATABILITY PLACE THIS AT THE TOP OF LOAD ORDER!

I will only patch crashing if needed, I will not be updating this version further other than that.

Crashing due to changes in the interface file this adds. This part has now been updated.

I refreshed my entire list and resubscribed. Seems to be working now. Perhaps they changed something about how the mod was read. Try that!

Updated hopefully for the last time. The method I updated this should not affect existing games. As I merely added or replaced current emblems. Tried my best to match my original naming's.

Again I have updated although this time all I have done is added the mod

- Korean
Sorry if I end up insulting someone.

No changes where made to the existing flags in the mod or backgrounds. I have also not expanded into the new vanilla icons yet. At this point I may just leave this mod as is and only update the GUI file.

I may end up also creating another version of this without any compression and less overall file editing.
