NightVision - Goggles are Goggles

OBSOLETE
Has been integrated into Mlie's continuation of the base mod: https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/comments/3404798880


Patches drumad's NightVision mod so that both goggles (Tinted Goggles and Night Vision Goggles) can be worn with hats or simple helmets (meaning they belong to the "Eyes" layer instead of "Headgear").
