Description
!!! PLEASE NOTE THIS MOD HAS REQUIREMENTS - IT WILL NOT WORK JUST BY PRESSING SUBSCRIBE - IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME UNLESS YOU HAVE HDT AND SKSE ALSO INSTALLED!!!

Hello again all, seems like a long time since I made something so please let me introduce my newest creation, the Valkyrie armour. Not too original a name I admit but thought 'what the hey' and went with it.

There is a simple version of this mod you can just hit subscribe to and it will be fine - I know some people don't like mods that need all the lovely wizardry that SKSE and HDT provide - check my collection to find it if you don't want to bother with the more advanced stuff.

OK so now that announcement is overwith, you will need both SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender) and HDT (Dynamic High Heels system) installed for this to work and not crash you out at the loading screen.

The outfit also caters for physics, so you will need a BBP enabled skeleton also - chances are most people by now already have one, but for those who don't I recommend grabbing XP32's Maximum Skeleton which you can get on the Nexus here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26800/?

If you already have them then you should be fine to just hit sub and enjoy. If not then please read below for further help.

As for what you get it is worth checking out the video for a preview to see if it tickles your fancy. You'll get a light armour outfit that can be crafted at the forge under the studded section. The outfit conists of the main outfit, thighboots, opera gloves and a jaunty hat (thanks to Nausicaa for that one).

On to the SKSE and HDT help bit:

-------------- Help I dunno WTF is going on? -----------------

That's ok - here is a guide for modding skyrim beyond just clicking on a green button and expecting everything to work just fine (hint it may well not through no fault of the mod authors due to mod conflicts i.e. 2 mods you have that are trying to change the same thing at the same time - ooops)

A youtube playlist which forms a guide for newbies to modding Skyrim safely, how to avoid conflicts and crashes so check it out!

-------------- So what is HDT and SKSE you mention? ---------

HDT aka the Funky Stilleto mod

Ok so HDT is an extension to Skyrim that basically makes high heels make people taller when wearing them - when Skyrim first came out, this did not exist, so wearing we cheated and made legs shorter, and feet arched and taller - it was OK as a compromise but now it works properly so you get lovely legs as they are meant to be - ideal for those who like the glamour looks, or of course if you like shoes, and hey who doesn't like shoes?? Heck we all love shoes! Rock on!

SKSE aka Sykrim Script Extender
This is a program downloaded by millions of folks so is generally considered safer than your mom, and expands the capability of Skyrim to do neat stuff, like run the funky stilleto mod above - a must have if you start to use any of the more advanced mods (many to be found on Nexus etc) - generally if you mod Skyrim much you'll end up needing this sooner or later.

-------------- Ok so I need the funky shoe mod and the SKSE thing - how do I get em? --------------------

Download SKSE here: (http://skse.silverlock.org)

Make sure you install in the main Skyrim directory manually - if this confuses you, watch the tutorial videos I linked earlier - it covers SKSE installation in one of the episodes.

AFTER installing SKSE download and install HDT - there is a nexus version here which looks to have recently been updated so may well work better than one I use - nice!

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36213/?

If you cannot use Nexus due to being banned or whatever then just google it and find a version to download.

Now that's all said and done, let's move on to your favourite bit, the legendary FAQ!

----------xXo0oXx-----------FAQ-------------------xXo0oXx-------------

Q1: This mod dunt wurk as it crashes my game before I even get to the menu FFS!11!
A1: <Deep calm breath...> Try reading the description, it tells you what the requirements are, and even warned you not to just hit sub and expect this to work without meeting them.

Q2: Pretty sure they didn't have outfits like that back in those days, so I consider this stupid and game breakingly lore unfriendly.
A2: Which days are you referring to out of interest? You may be suprised to learn that Skyrim is a) a game and b) perhaps even more shockingly, not an accurate historical representation of anything. Oh and c) It's a game.

Q3: How duz I get this stuff, I tried looking in bins and baskets but can't find it anywhere!! Help?!?
A3: You craft it a a forge. Any forge will do. Not choosy about forges at all. Just look in the STUDDED section and you can make the armour there.

Q4: Can I temper all this stuff?
A4: Yes, again at any forge.

Q5: I like the way she walks in the video - how do you get her to walk like that?
A5: I used the 'Victoria's High Heel Walk' mod from the Nexus. You can find it here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13272/?

Q6: What body type does this use? Is it compatible with CBBE, ADEC, Blessed etc?
A6: This is a CBBE based body, however the outfit comes with a set shape so you wont need any body mods, and it won't clash with any you do have, even if you don't use CBBE.

Q7: This mod ruined my life and I need to tell you all about how much I hate it and wont download it even if you paid me.
A7: If this is the worst thing that ever happened to you, then you are doing pretty well imo - life must be pretty sweet heh. But never mind, if you don't like it for whatever reason just don't download it and move on. Quite frankly we don't care.

OK think that's it. Have fun out there folks.... Toodles

As someone who actually played vindictus (cus obviously you didnt). this is not the succubus set from vindictus. yes- it is all black. yes it features long boots, a miniskirt, and a corest-like top. but that basically sums up all the similarities. no wings, no buckles on jacket and boots, no handcuffs and no tie which would be essential to stylise the vindictus succubus set, not to mention that succu s face is nearly entirely covered. altho i have to admit that i also had to think about the succu set when i saw this- we can be pretty sure that the modder has been inspired by it, yet it is not the same armor.
