Unfortunately, the bosses are invincible when using resprites, such as Ferpe's Isaac resprite

Note the Godhead reskin only appeared during phase 2

I encountered the Godhead in Mega Satan Phase 2 fight without ever enabling it

Huge update out, or small bc is only one boss.
Im not a great artist so Godhead boss will might get a resprite
