Hence that mod existing, this one won't be supported or updated.

You can't use that mod and this mod at the same time.
Features:
- Change player speed for about anything
- Override hooks from TFA, arcCW, Tactical RP weapon bases that change the player speed
All the settings are available in the q-menu for the server owners, alternatively you can use the console commands (they start with "sv_player")
