gibbing awp v2 (riot armor penetration)

what this does is it uses his script, but I edited it and gutted out the commands, information box, and only kept the riot penetration and (i think) the witch headshot stagger

these are both on by default so no need to put in commands or whatever into the chat

PLUS i removed his reserve ammo limit because that was conflicting with my reloadable m60 script due to them sharing the same ammo type, which hex had said used a "unique ammo type". no hex it wasnt unique you just set it as minigun type ammo thinking noone used a script that used that particular ammo type as well lol


what this also changes from his script:

-vertical punch (recoil) increased to 10 [was 7.5]
-spread per shot (shot inaccuracy) drastically increased to 10 [was 1]
-max spread (max inaccuracy) increased to 20 [was 15]
-spread decay (accuracy recovery) slightly decreased to 7.5
-air spread (inaccuracy while in the air) increased to 4 [was 1]
-movement spread (inaccuracy while moving) slightly increased to 4 [was 3]
-maximum damage decreased to 232 [was 250]
-range modifier (damage falloff) ever so slightly decreased to 0.9979 [was 1.0]
-cycle time (fire rate) increased to 1.02 [was 1.15]
-clip size greatly decreased to 4 [was 10]
-rifle (m16) muzzleflash instead of the default tiny muzzleflash, like my other sniper mods
-and last but not least, 3rd person metal spring ejects because why not

Bugs:

causes errors in console, however the script still functions as intended, this is planned to be fixed.. eventually..
