Immersive Camera

Changes the system and galaxy camera to allow for more immersion.

In system view, the camera now:

• can be rotated to view the system from top to bottom,
  
• can zoom in and out more smoothly with 20 zoom levels,
  
• hides all orbit lines for 17 zoom levels, and dynamically shows them as you zoom out to the last three levels.

I also made the system navigation arrows 75% smaller (down from size 60 to 15), so they don't look so distracting, while still being large enough to easily find and click on.

In galaxy view, the camera now has 14 zoom levels for smoother zooming, but otherwise retains regular functionality.

Highly recommend using with Real Space, Light Borders, Immersive Simple Map UI, No Names on the Map, and Amazing Space Battles.
