This is what this building looks like at night. It's far brighter than any of your other buildings so detracts from the overall skyline by drowning them out. I'm just asking if you would please consider toning the lights down to bring them back in line with the rest of your excellent buildings. It's just a request.

V2 and V3 of this building do not seem to have RICO settings applied.
