[PlayX] Emissive Lighting

Description
THIS ADDON REQUIRES PLAYX

Makes PlayX video player screens emit light.

Convar (1 is enable, 0 is disable):
playx_lighting_enable 1

Script is clientside. Not too performance intensive most of the time. Does not replace any default PlayX files.

I did not create PlayX, thanks to the PlayX developers for their work.
