ReaniTerraria - Monster batch B

Adds some extra movement or tweaks to specific monsters. This is the second batch of tweaks.

These are mostly the simple ones i forgot to do.

-Flying Serpent
-Cave, Spore, Jungle and Hell bat variants
-Giant/Illuminant Bat
-Slimer
-Those flying simps from the Queen Slime
-Giant Flying Fox
-Dungeon Spirit

Idunno if there's any more left for me to do, since most of the enemy sprites are pretty well animated, if you ask me.
