[WOTC] No Tech Gated Helmets

Description
This mod is now made redundant by Unrestricted Customization Redux, but is being kept up in case somebody needs it.




Removes the armor and faction soldier requirements for helmets, allowing you to use the plated, powered, faction soldier, and alien ruler helmets from the very start, and on every soldier type (except SPARKs).

This mod applys to helmets added by mods, such as the powered helmets from
Capnbubs Accessories. I also recommend using Unrestricted Customization with this mod so you can use the look of the armors these helmets are designed for from the start.

Thanks to Iridar for doing most of the scripting for the mod.

I would almost say that this should be a required companion mod for Unrestricted Customization, as it makes it so that you have access to all the helmets without having to wait till you get the right armor or tech upgrade.

Also, this works really well with Armors Of The Imperium when using Unrestricted Customization, which is fantastic.

this is one of those mods I didn't ask for but as soon as it's out I wonder why I didn't ask for it
