Frozen Turtle Shell - Redone VFX

Description
Replaces the small floating ice crystal VFX from the Frozen Turtle Shell, making it easier to tell when the buff's active.

For some reason, it makes me think of Metroid.

Which is weird, considering I have not played a single one of those games, sadly.

wow this is actually an amazing texture pack, i know its been a few months since this texture pack released, but i think that the fact that the frozen turtle shell is indeed, pretty small this really helps, its a lot more practical than checking the health bar, and the low amount of storage needed is an another pro
