Dark Blue UI - Ironman

Description
Here is a functional version.
Mine is not updated since 3.2 and does not work. I need to copy the updates from Dark Blue for the current game version then fix the outliner.

Converted Dark Blue UI to make it ironman compatible. Ideally this would be a patch that would be applied over Dark Blue UI, but it's not possible to clear the checksum affecting files that way.

TODO:
  • Remove unnecessary UI elements for mods. (Ex. manpower)
  • Remove/split out flag colors to prevent multiplayer conflicts.

Have now split out layout changes into its own mod because I don't want to force our preferences onto anyone who just wants an ironman compatible version of the excellent Dark Blue UI. If you want the layout changes from before subscribe to the separate mod.

If you want to make Dark Blue UI ironman compatible for yourself then make the following changes:
Delete the 'common' and 'events' folders. Delete zzzzzz_mui_main_bottom.gui in the interface folder. While the bottom bar does not affect the checksum, removing the common and events folder will break the bottom bar implementation and you're better off removing the DarkBlue bottom bar. In the interface folder you'll find the file zzz_fw_main_leftbar.gui. Open in Notepad(++), and at the very bottom of the code you'll find a container beginning with these lines: ###_z modmenu new ##################################### containerWindowType = { name = "z_mod_button_container" Just delete that and all the code below it.

Works with 2.8 so long as you use the appropriate version of UI overhaul dynamic.
No promises for this working with older versions of Stellaris.

Sorry for the taking so long to update for everyone that used this, but it looks like someone else got around to making their own ironman version first. Hopefully they're better able to keep up with updating than I was.

I need to update it and sort through what's wrong with the outliner but haven't had a chance to sit down with Stellaris in a while.

Just installed it on the latest Stellaris version and got this:

Copied over darkblue updates and everything but the outliner is working. I'll need to dig in a bit to figure out what is going on, but it looks like there is a missing asset.

thanks for update, but I think the counter is useless, since the production revolution doesn't work with ironman

Figured it out, guess what it was something dumb. :P

As a side note, dark blue UI has added a "manpower" counter to the topbar for a specific mod, should I remove it? I don't want to make unnecessary changes to the layout in this mod since it's supposed to just be an ironman version of dark blue. I'd like to hear from some people who use the mod.

Thanks for the heads up @Aragorn73. I've updated to the latest data from Dark Blue UI but it's still crashing and the error.log isn't helping so I'll need to do a deeper investigation.
