52k vert model, very nice

I wanted an air ambulance so here it is
basically just a lazy reskin of my GTA4 police maverick with different sounds and model

Has a spotlight, and will yell at you if it is AI controlled.
Use LMB (Left Mouse Button, the left button on your mouse. Usually bound to +attack1. the button you use to shoot gun.) to toggle the spotlight.
