TTT Shock Trap

Description
A new weapon for the detective.

Throw down a trap which, when an unfortunate traitor steps on it, will ragdoll them. Upon getting back up, they will be slowed for a period of time.

Easily configurable.

Inspiration from the Spring Mine and ulx ragdoll.

@NoColorFrog the weapon_ttt_shocktrap.lua file is easily configurable to do this! Just change

SWEP.Primary.ClipSize = -1 -> 2
SWEP.Primary.DefaultClip = -1 -> 2
SWEP.Primary.ClipMax = 2

or SWEP.LimitedStock = true -> false
