Fedhoria - Active Ragdolls

Description
The budget version of euphoria, feature ragdolls stumbling, flailing etc. Hope you enjoy :)

Requires "Keep corpses" to be enabled to get the effect on NPCs

Alright, I know this is gonna sound crazy but after all these years there was a version of fedhoria that worked with custom models and vj snpcs hiding right under our noses, and it was of all things a joke mod.

I swear to god it does work, all you have to do is set the ragdoll die time to almost or at zero and npcs will function reasonably i.e no spazing out or spinning wildly. The only caveat I found so far is that bipedal npcs with odd proportions like TF2 npcs might not work as well, but npcs with realistic human proportions seem to be fine.
