Reload of wulfram77's Multicolored Space People Mod

I made it so that the Species can now use Traits.
You will find it in the Species Screen under Chromatic.
The Original Mod is not required!

if there are any Bugs please write it in the comments.

If the Author wants that i remove it please contact me.

Not sure if it's related to this one, I'm still going through my mod list, but all of my mods that add extra humanoids have glitched hair (giant beard covers the portrait regardless of sex/phenotype, unable to change hair) as of the 3.5 update.

it works but you cant spawn in custom empires with the species sadly

I don't know why, but when I create a custom empire of the Chromatic species and I set it to spawn, it doesn't.
