If you are using the Transfer Broker Mod, you should review this short list, and unsubscribe each incompatible mod. (the "Unsubscribe All" button is not shown to give you a chance to consider how your city might change as you unsubscribe mods you've relied on in the past)

Mods on this list will automatically cause the Transfer Broker mod to remain inactive (with one notable exception, see below). It scans your enabled mod list before activating. However, if you have installed all the required items listed on the Transfer Broker mod page, it will merely log a warning in your log file if an incompatible mod is found, but not deactivate itself. This is useful if you want to experiment anyway, or are satisfied with partial, and possibly confusing functionality.

The functionality of some mods on this list is entirely obsoleted by the Transfer Broker. If these mods are found enabled, the Transfer Broker will override their related functions, rendering them nonoperational. They are:
