Description
Ceasefire at Roundbegin

This Addon only works for the "Trouble in Terrorist Town 2"-Gamemode.
It uses the Fileloader of TTT2 and Ulx Convars.
Therefore don't try it with normal TTT!

Features:
At Roundbegin a timer is started and you are not able to damage each other for 30 Seconds.
Fire, Explosion and Propdamage are deactivated by default.
Worlddamage also doesn't affect you.

Falldamage and Drowning still work, so don't be reckless. You can still be pushed!

Change those with Convars via ULX.

Credits:
Credits go to Portres, who inspired me with his server rules.
I really liked the idea, now you can enforce that rule easily.
And BeeJay28 for contributing a status icon showing the time left.
