Basic Clothing

Description
Gives player an option to craft basic human clothing such as:

- Casual set.
- Stylish set.
- Sweater set.
- Workout set.
- Protectorate pieces of clothing.
- Hoodies and jeans.

Every piece of clothing costs just as vanilla clothing would cost. (e.g. - Upper piece of clothing will cost you 20 woven fabric and 2 cotton wool to craft.)

now i can finally make hoodies, why did starbound even do this anyway with the recipes
