Design Philosophy
This Rover was noticeably inspired by the wonderful works of Smokki, his world-files and official scenarios. The ARCV was tested in the "Lost Colony"-Scenario and was made for a server that follows a similar design-philosophy. This vehicle was made by me from scratch, but features similar elements from Smokkis Rovers, like the bumper-design and vehicle-frame dimensions. The ARCV is supposed to fit in with this arsenal, so all these similarities where made by choise and intentional.

I really enjoyed this build, and would like to see more small, mobile rovers like this that kinda have the same compact design. Again, fantastic build, no problems thus far, and cant wait to see more.

Unfortunately now. Large rovers with a lot of mass like tons of cargo and heavy armor tend to glitch out and break through the ground quite often in multiplayer - which is where I use all my vehicles.

Do you have anything with High cargo capacity and heavy armor? Looking for something with at least 2 large cargos multiple gun hardpoints and space for a vanilla drill.

youre too good at these, making me feel like im using the jumbo legos while all the other kids get the real name-brand...

@bees: The vehicle should be buildable without having to grind down any blocks. Try setting the the high offset all the way down in the wheel settings and hit "attach wheel" again. Also make sure that the rover has enough ground clearance in the printer.
You can put additional cargo into the passenger seats.

this is super nice, but printing it is a hassle, bc the wheels are so high that they either can't be built or the internals (wheel guards/batteries etc.) intersect and can't be constructed. and the cargo space is a bit small

other than that, it's great
good fast car, can go where no car has gone before

I love how that second to last screenshot looks like it could be a legit photo out of some military edition special issue of MotorTrend. That thing looks like a BEAST.

@Commander Mallard: Well... yeah. For a while now ;)

@COMMAND brawler: Start by capturing screenshots in higher resolution. You can do so with the F4 key in the game. Settings can be adjusted in the gameplay options. Also you want to set your graphic settings as high as possible for the shot. For cinematic shots, lower your fov. If you have an nvidia gpu, familiarize yourself with Ansel. Great tool for taking screenshots.
