Description
Ever wonder why so many of the fluids in the game seem useless? Why you have such a limited selection of lighting options at the start of the game? Glitch can make medieval lamps, while you need a pixel printer to do the same thing? Cheap lights are not actually cheap? Only one type of sand is actually useful for making glass?

This mod is my answer. Every single fluid in the vanilla game can used for something, and has value now. You can now craft a wide range of lights using materials from your starting planet, such as iron, copper, core fragments, wood, paper, and glass. If you need more glass, dry sand and silt can be converted to sand. A few of the light sources require oil, which also used with timber to craft torches. I've tried to keep the recipes reasonable and based on the description. For crystal-based lighting, since we do not have actual avian crystals, I figure the one reddish glowing crystal power source that we do have will work as a substitute.

The Tabula Rasa from the mod of the same name is craftable with bare hands (C by default) for no cost. All of these items are vanilla obects, the only thing added are recipes using the Tabula Rasa, so I do not expect trouble with other mods.

============== New in 1.2 ==============

Faster Crafting
Almost all the recipes have had their duration reduced, allowing for much faster crafting.

Petrochemical Industry
Oil can now be used instead of coal to make synthetic material
Asphalt is now craftable without needing a recipe

Nanostoves
I added a recipe for the Nanostove. If you want a more high tech replacement for the campfire, this gas camp stove will do the trick. Its recipe was removed from the game, but the item is still present and works.

Alternate methods added for wire and snowballs. This will allow you to craft cheap lights and other items that use copper wire without access to a fully upgraded / atomic furnace

Some recipes were tweaked

Food Interchangeability:
In the lore and descriptions of the game, Boneboo is used as a meat susbstitute and Eggshoot is used as an egg substitute. This mod now makes this a reality. I always got annoyed that poultry and ribs cannot be used for meat - now they can be converted to meat. Also, liquid coconut milk can replace coconuts in recipes like coconut ice cream and tropical punch.

===================================

Fluid Crafing:
Use lava to start a campfire, make obsidian, or make metal coated wood
Use coconut milk to make a consumable coconut drink.
Use slime to bind dirt into clay and make biolights
Use poison and swamp water to make slime
Use oil to make torches with timber, as well as oil lamps and lanterns

Light Source crafting:
Cheap Lights (4 at a time!)
Avian Lamps
Crystal Torches
Both Types of Paper Lanterns
Medieval Lamps, Torches, and Street Lamps
Plant torches and plant biolights
Hylotl lanterns and bio-lights
Frontier lamps and lamp posts
Oil lanterns and lamp posts.

Miscellaneous Crafting:
Silt and dry sand can be converted to normal sand

I could suggest adding the Sloped Glass Panel, which is really really missing its recipe in the game https://starbounder.org/Sloped_Glass_Panel
