Description

Creates more and new Wilderness Encounters and Random Encounters.

For those of you who don't know what these are, it is simple. They are people and events that happens along the roads and in the wild.

Examples:
- Guards escorting a prisoner or Two mages having a battle on a field somewhere is a Wilderness Encounter.
- Hunters/Bandits/Thieves/Merchants traveling somewhere...
- Friends visiting other towns..

Question: Does the mod changes daggers into enchanted daggers? I'm using a lot of mods and one of them makes daggers always beeing powerful enchanted weapons. But I prefer to use normal weapons... Is it this mod that changes every dagger in the game?
