本Mod为角川游戏开发，DMM运营的传奇页游《舰队Collection》的群星衍生mod。
目前提供240个舰娘立绘。包含除去A士画的海伦娜与御藏和屋代的所有立绘（原因懂的）。本Mod强度宗旨为不依靠循环科技战胜25倍程度的天灾，所以谢绝军备竞赛。
This mod is a stellaris mod from the legendary page game kantai collection.
At present, 240 shipyard drawings are provided. It includes all the vertical paintings of Helena, yuzang and udai (the reason is clear). The purpose of mod is not to rely on circular technology to overcome natural disasters of 25 times degree, so we refuse the arms race.

舰娘诞生

舰娘堕落帝国与深海舰队
舰娘堕落帝国是一个舰娘建立的拥有上千万年历史的古老国度，她们拥有远超一般堕落甚至觉醒的舰队实力和产能，却因为深海栖舰的再次出现逃亡于银河系之间。
深海栖舰是沉没舰娘被击沉或各种原因诞生的怨念实体化，她们击溃了古老的舰娘帝国后再次销声匿迹，在本mod中将作为终末危机给与玩家最后的考验。
Fallen empire and deep sea fleet
The kanmusi fallen empire is an ancient country built by kanmusu with a history of tens of millions of years. They have a fleet strength and production capacity far beyond the general decadence and even awakening. However, due to the reappearance of deep-sea fleet, they fled between the galaxy.
