Set Game Speed - Slow Motion Addon

Commands:

- speed_matrix
- speed_fast
- speed_normal
- speed_toggle (Work in Progress)

This addon allows the player to slow down the game speed with just a console command. you can bind the commands to a key on your keyboard by following the instructions below:

Binding the Command:

Go into your console and type bind [Key] [Command]

So if I wanted to bind by K key to be the slow motion command I would type:

bind k speed_matrix
