Years after the research and development of the original Longsword prototype, StarDev Systems has re-imagined and revitalized the ship for the modern era. The Mark 11 features a brand new chassis for the ship that sports a refined silhouette while staying in line with the distinct visual profile of prior models. The sleeker frame minimizes excess weight and protects the fully redesigned internals of the ship, which now offer full conveyor support for the onboard hydrogen tank and thrusters. The top-side connector allows for convenient refueling while the ship is landed, and an ejector on the bottom of the ship allows for the quick deposit of cargo.

This newly interplanetary fighter now comes with a full suite of support systems to address the perils of space travel. The Longsword features multiple emergency support systems, including a low-power emergency beacon and internal projector for guided ship repairs. Vital resources can be located and processed with the onboard ore detector and O2/H2 generator. Lastly, a long range antenna and remote flight control system allow for the ship to be contacted or controlled from a distance.
