Makes borders more transparent and thin, keeps star pins.
Achievement-compatibe.

The mod also:
- slightly raises borders
- doesn't highlght borders under nebulas

+1 Borders gone for all empires. Hope it gets a fix, was a good run for this mod to survive as long as it did without updates.

Broken as of 3.12
Can comfirm what Enduriel said.
Activating the Mod breaks any Borders whatsoever. Just wish i had the Star Pins
