Description
Makes borders more transparent and thin, keeps star pins.
Achievement-compatibe.

The mod also:
- slightly raises borders
- doesn't highlght borders under nebulas

+1 Borders gone for all empires. Hope it gets a fix, was a good run for this mod to survive as long as it did without updates. :Hire:

Broken as of 3.12

Activating the Mod breaks any Borders whatsoever. Just wish i had the Star Pins
