Scrap Gold

Description
Changes most components that use gold to be converted to scrap when ground down from blocks that use them. Designed to allow for AI ships to be spawned in without granting players significant amounts of gold.

Affects:
-Gravity Components
-Superconductors

Does not affect:
-Thruster Components
