Amenities and Deviancy Techs for Gestalt

Description
Because Gestalt empires always struggle to keep their amenities and crime. Gestalt empires do not have highly efficient Entertainers and their Sentinel Posts do not receive any upgrade. There must be some technologies to fix this.

    • Troubleshooting Subroutines: Deviancy -30%

I also found another problem, level 1 of both crime and amenities tech has no cost. These techs have cost = @tier2cost4. But @tier2cost4 does not exist. The valid costs are @tier[1-5]cost[1-3].

For all who's using this mod, manually go to "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2063082067\common" and rename the folder there to "technology" should make this mod work.

So turns out that stellaris's technology folder is named "technology" instead of "technologies". You might want to change that for your mod to work at all.

Pretty sure the technologies was not added in the tech pool. I never once got any of the technologies and typing "research_technology tech_gsact_machine_amenities_1" returns no tech found.

Their pre-requisite is Unity of Purpose, and they're a common tech.

Don't play Hive Minds, so idk if they appear, but I've never seen these techs pop for machine empires.

I'm reasonably certain that the potential modifier is incorrect for them - Checking against the Synthethic Dawn techs, their potential modifier is authority check for machine intelligence while this mod uses a basic check for empire type (Machine empire in this case.) No idea if this is whats causing the issue, but it's the only thing I could think of after looking at the tech files.

when do these techs appear? are they rare? what are the prerequisite techs? do they need an ascention perk?
