Not every nation in the galaxy are lucky ones who are able to achieve FTL- Age peacefully and smoothly, some fall on hard time and struggle desperately for their own survival. Can you lead these poor nations out of the nightmare and claim a rightful place among the stars?

This mod provide challenging, dark origins that are tough to overcome and hard to beat. Don’t worry though, each of them provide unique events and mechanics to ensure it is not impossible to finish.

This mod is not easy and it is not suppose to be easy but to offer pain and suffer, so don’t play it if you can just a casual gamer. Trust me though, when you and your nation finally overwhelm the grim situation, a sense of pride and accomplishment shall fill your soul and bring you a very good time to enjoy.

Currently there are three origins in this mod, and will add more in future:

Decades ago, this civilization was visited by a wandering black hole who teared and twisted the whole system into a grim void. While it is such a great luck that the mother planet of this civilization remains unaffected due to being out of the event horizon, the hyperlane of this system has been completed destroyed. Facing such catastrophic event, this civilization must find other ways to survive and thrive.
Effect: Start out in an isolated system devoured by a wandering black hole.

This civilization, before discovering hyperlane, has already encountered multiple alien civilizations in neighbouring system, unfortunately, none of them are friendly but instead, driven by madness, insanity and lunacy.
After years of struggle and futile diplomacy, they finally realized that war is the only option remaining.
Effect: Start with a Fanatic Purifier, a Devouring Swarm, and a Determined Exterminator as neighbours

(Not Recommended in Multiplayer):
This civilization once dominated the whole galaxy as an extraordinary powerful nation, yet the horrific caliginosity has shattered and devoured them. A small group of remnants escorted by the last fleet of the empire had managed to escape, thus prevented this civilization from extinction.
After millions of years of space vagrant, they managed to find a new galaxy to settle down. Although their new home planet is too tiny and small to fill all the population, at least a new life can begin soon.
Unfortunately, the caliginosity doesn't seem to disappear at all. Actually, it is right after them...
Effect: Start with over 80 technologies unlocked. Star system is protected by remnant of empire fleet. Capital is overcrowded with billions and billions of refugees. Gained more resources at the beginning of the game. Gain access to a few buildings with black technology that is lost forever. Something very, very, very, very, very bad will happen between 5 to 10 years.


No vanilla files has been modified when making this mod, so compatibility shouldn’t be a problem.

星河浩瀚，然而不是所有的国家都能够平稳地进入超光速时代，其中一些国家由于天灾人祸等种种原因从而在一个极其恶劣的开局中苦苦挣扎。作为这些国家的领袖，你可以带领它们披荆斩棘，在星河当中取得一席之地么？

是的，顾名思义，这个mod提供很难很难的深渊般开局——它们很难很难，其目的就是为了挑战你们，折磨你们。不过不用担心，每个起源都拥有独特的事件和机制，保证你不会开局后当场去世，而且留有一线存活与胜利的生机。

难归难，相信我，在你好不容易带着你的文明走向胜利后，那种发自内心的骄傲和成就感是一局普通群星游戏所无法提供的。

本mod目前一共有三个起源，后续也会添加更多：

数十年前，该文明被一个流浪黑洞所光顾，星系内的大多数星体被尽数湮灭、撕裂、扭曲为冰冷而灰暗的虚空。虽然说该文明的母星在这场大灾难中由于地处视界线之外从而意外地幸存了下来，但是该星系的超空间航道已被尽数抹去，与外界彻底断了联系。
效果: 开局星系无任何超空间航道

该文明早在发现超空间航道以前就通过卫星发觉了邻近星系的数个外星存在，然而癫狂与罪恶已经占据了它们的脑海，使得友善的态度变得不可能。经过无数年徒劳的外交挣扎后，该文明终于意识到：唯有战争才是唯一的出路。
效果：一个种族洁癖， 一个嗜杀蜂群，和一个铁心灭绝将做为开局的邻居

(不推荐于多人联机下使用):
该文明曾经主宰了整个星系，然而恐怖的暗霜将其粉碎并尽数吞没。一小群幸存者们在最后舰队的护送下逃离灾厄从而避免了该文明的灭绝。数百万光年的星际流浪后，它们终于找到了一个崭新的星河定居下来，尽管新的首都星球太小了以至于无法容纳下所有的幸存者，但是至少可以在这里开始一段全新的生活了。遗憾的是，暗霜从未远去，它近在咫尺，甚至于，就在它们的身后……
效果: 解锁多达80项科技；星系被文明最后的舰队守护；首都有数百亿的难民聚集；开局获得更多资源；拥有几个黑科技建筑；一些非常，非常，非常，非常，非常不好的事情会在5至10年内发生。


没有修改任何原文件，因此不会出现任何问题。
