Rotary Strobe Compatible Lights Color Changer Mod



This is a slight extension of the original Emergency Lights Manager mod, which was forked from boformer and Cryptkeepr. This mod adds the support of changing color for rotary strobes in addition to the other flares/lights that could be changed in the original mod.

What are rotary strobes used on?

They're used on my Peterbilt Garbage Trucks, some CIMTrans vehicles, and Securitas vehicles. While those do not need this mod to change its color, some, listed below, need this mod to achieve the correct lighting flare.

Keep in mind that these flares, per Cities Skylines, are defined globally and are not available to change on a per vehicle basis.

Vehicle Assets That Need Specifically ELM V2 to Get the Correct Lighting:

Michigan State Police Dodge Charger
Michigan State Police Chevrolet Tahoe
Unmarked 2011 Ford Crown Victoria
Unmarked 2010 BMW M5 Sedan

@VNDK8R It works fine for me. I don't have Financial Districts DLC, but the free update. Just tested it and my german Mercedes patrol car has blue-blue lights. :parksmiley:

Emergency Lights Manager V2 is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.
Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.
