Description
Keep Your Day Job for 1.4

Send your crew back to a comfy life in your colony after dismissing them, or just keep them around on your ship as tenants forever!

As always, backup your storage folder before using this mod! If it eats your crew member after dismissing without giving you a deed, there will be no way to get them back otherwise!

Features:
- When you decline a potential recruit, they will turn back into whatever they were before rather than staying a recruit forever
- When you dismiss a member of your crew, a special colony deed that only spawns them is created, allowing you to relocate them to wherever you like

1.4 changelog
- All crew members become a generic villager tenant upon being dismissed rather than something weird like a foundry worker or a wizard
- Crew members keep wearing whatever they were wearing when you dismiss them. Make sure to set their uniform to something cute before you do! (nonuniform https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=743328719 is great for this)

Known Issues:
- If the crewmember recruit dialog closes before an option is selected, it defaults to 'no' and the npc will stop being a crewmember.
- Retired crew on your ship will always have rent to give you on reloading
- Retired crew on planets will despawn if you try to take rent from them or they try to give you a quest, reappearing as if nothing happened on reload
- Hiring a retired crew member back to your crew leaves their deed behing, allowing you to infinitely clone crew members

Plans for the future
- Add a way to get retired crew back to your ship without doing quests for them
- Make retired crew able to defend themselves and wander further from their homes
- Stop potential crew walking away from you while the recruit dialog is open from reverting them to what they were before
- Maybe make retired crew ask for furniture relevant to their role and pay rent in related items?
e.g Medic asks for apothecary and pays rent in healing items tiered to the apothecary level
- Maybe make crew members have a chance of wanting to become a different kind of npc upon being dismissed, like a scientist or a socialite (players would have the option of saying no)

also sometime they'll just randomly teleport away and never come back

Calling the former crew member to the deed seems to be buggy, at least on custom races. They teleport to the deed or the same spot they were before and disappear shortly after.

NPCs will still wears crew hat after i declined their offers, can u please patch it

This is just what I wanted! Now I can finaly make my crew a better home, than my flying bucket of screws! This mod is still buggy, but work perfect with job offers mod! Thanks!
