Super Planet Modifiers For All [3.1.*]

With this mod, you will have the ability to enact one of three decision on your planets that will enable one of three possible OP planet modifiers. You can cancel the modifier at any time.

Only up to 2 decisions are available to any empire at one time, depending on their personality.

All decisions come with:
planet build time/blocker clear time: -90%
planet max districts: 75
Influence Cost: 5


Decisions:
Passive Super-Planet
job production: +2,500%
pop happiness: +1,000%
pop growth/assembly speed: +3,000%

Normal Super-Planet
job production: +5,000%
pop happiness: +100%
pop growth/assembly speed: +2,000%

Aggressive Super-Planet
job production: +10,000%
pop happiness: +50%
pop growth/assembly speed: +1,000%


Availability:
Passive only: Decadent Hierarchy, Spiritual Seekers, Harmonious Hierarchy, and Xenophobic Isolationists

Passive/Normal only: Migrating Flock, Federation Builders

Normal/Aggressive only: Honorbound Warriors, Erudite Explorers, Hive Mind, Machine Intelligence, Democratic Crusaders, Fanatic Befrienders, Assimilators, Servitors

Aggressive only: Evangelising Zealots, Ruthless Capitalists, Hegemonic Imperialists, Slaving Despots, Fanatic Purifiers, Devouring Swarm, Exterminators

The AI are also able to enact these modifiers on their Capital planets, though they will favor the Normal Super-Planet decision if they have access to it. This also allows personalities not listed to use this mod.

Ok, influence gain with planet modifier is trickier than I thought. I'll leave it to the influence generator building mod...

After playing with it for some time, I tend to agree. I'll need to do some testing to make sure the change worked. Also, I added influence gain.

Would it also be possible for the AI to only have the Super Planet on their Capitol. It seems a bit much to have it on every planet. Thanks

Ah, so you're wanting to choose which AI has the ability to use which/any modifier. I'll look into that for sure, as it does sound interesting.

Well, I was thinking more of specific created AI countries. I do use it for myself.
