Clay Brick Apartments

This is a modern apartment complex found in Wedel, near Hamburg, Germany. In its original location, the building is set back from the street behind another building, probably making it a quiet place to live. Due to its size it can be used as both urban apartments and a suburban development.

Building is RICO compatible, however if you do not have the mod, the building functions just like a normal growable.
Two textures should be shared with Loading Screen Mod.
