It would be amazing if it was possible to have Planetarium play in the busy shop areas, and Transquility Base on the rest, as it fits particularly well the ruins of the base.
that is not related to this mod. this mod only patches a single file - a file that affects dungeon worlds - and the only thing it does is replace the musicTrack parameter with a new value. it is physically incapable of causing that issue.

sadly, not as far as i'm aware. for dungeon worlds, you can only assign one music track.
