Description


Moin folks !

This road is almost the same as the vanilla 2 way tram road, but all meshes are completely redone from scratch.


  • now with Adaptive Network Mod (by Kian Zarrin) support
  • AN - tracks
  • incl. Vanilla Rails
  • new thumbs / UI postion
  • certain props and models can be deactivated (via AN)
  • this network will still work without AN !


  • 2 Car Lanes
  • 2 Tram lanes [shared]
  • side Parking
  • all elevations
  • rendered tunnels
  • stops on ground / elevated segments



  • Bus and Tram Stop - Props by Pewex
  • Tunnel Lights

The network will (of course) work without these dependencies,
but I suggest to use them all in oder to have the full package. ;)

now maintained and improved by algernon.

  • all (currently) available LRT tracks use the same texture set

@ Maylow Sounds like a plan. ;) I´d suggest you do that via their discord channels ... that might be the easiest way to come in contact with them ...

Adaptive Networks mod reports the assertion failed error, maybe Chamëleon TBN, one of authors of Adaptive Networks mod has any thoughts on this.
I'll report this issue also there and ask if he can have a look at it.

Hi @clus, thanks for all the efforts! Yes it usually has something to do with saves missing net assets. Though, this assertion error pops up even when starting a new game. Even with minimum mods & assets. Other network assets (tram/trolly/train/etc created by you and/or by others) don't have this error when starting new game. Don't know what's going on either. I doubt algernon can shed a light on this as it occurs even with new games and minimal mods/assets. The error "unsupported type for deserialization: NetInfo in package 1778587650." would suggest that something has changed the way the game handles serialization/deserialization of data. It seems some types of NetInfo have changed and this asset uses and 'old' NetInfo type which is no longer supported, or something like that. I don't know if this NetInfo is part of the asset, or if it is set by (a part of) the game. Anyhow, thanks in any case.

@Maylow I think I've answered this somewhere already. ;) idk whats happening at your end ... The "assertion failed" error usually pops up, when a net is missing in the save. The better place to ask about all this is the "Loading Screen Mod" page. You also have to provide your output.log file, otherwise algernon wont be able to help you.

Sorry for all the confusion of my part!! All comments i posted technically do apply and still stand about the reported issues, but i mixed up the author of this asset (@clus) and the author of NS Mixed Cargo (@Acc3ss Violation). My humble apologies and i will report the issue with de NS 2200 at his asset comment section of course.

When searching output_log.txt for the asset id of NS 2200 Mixed Cargo, i came across multiple messages like:

116,403ms | Random Train Trailers: 551161964.Trailer1 can not be found!

116,404ms | Random Train Trailers: 551161964.Trailer2 can not be found!

Results of testing with NS 2200 Mixed Cargo: object not set to instance error again.

Output_log.txt contains:
