This is a simple mod that allows to change refund and relocation cost while the game is in paused state only. Outside of the pause mode, the mod should not have any effect.

It may be used like a cheat, because I didn't apply (and probably will never) any checks that objects were created during this particular of pausing the game.

Note:
Correct work of the mod is guaranteed only on the new game. Or, at least, if a mod with similar functionality was not used before.
This note also indicates incompatibility with similar mods.

All sources are included in the mod content.
