Report a translation problem
Check the temperature in the room your pawn is in - those little tear lines are sweat droplets! Chances are your pawns will be a little bit flushed too XD
Also, you may see the ocassional black spot. Those are by design too. Those are moles :P
The texture leaks are still there, but a lot less impactful and barely noticeable, so it's technially solved.
If anyone else is getting frustrated over face texture pixels leaking out of your pawns' face, just delete and reinstall your game completely.
