Description
Clear Dry Weather for all season.

Removed the fog effects that seasons have during dry weather.
Fog effect still appears during fog weather.

You have to disable Distortion from option-graphics for best look.

The fog in the game is to cover the limitations of the LOD, removing it makes objects in the distance look very ugly.
