This, and any other civ that gets a tourism bonus other than from Great Works, breaks the Great Works screens. Button does noting, clicking on Tourism modifier opens the screen but shows no buildings or Great Works?

Am I missing something?

the civ bonus isn't working, I have a lot of gold buildings but none of them increase my tourism.

Might we see Liechtenstein or Luxembourg as a civilization as well?

@Μολόχ I've seen two. There's an old one, don't remember who it was made by, that functions similarly to Venice. Then there's the more recent one by Keniisu and is pretty good.

I can´t get the specific monegasque decisions to appear on the enact decisions window. Any advice? Answer will be apreciated :D

I noticed, that modders tend to not make city-state civs. Why is that? I've only seen one - Singapore, and it wasn't made very well.
