A rover designed to be small, easily transportable and fuel efficient to operate, the Mouse has become a staple of many colonies on the Frontier.

The initial design of the rover dates back over 100 years, however, so many changes have been applied to the chassis that it barely shares and resemblance to the original anymore. The rover is universally liked for it's simplicity: It lacks everything except the most bare bones system needed to drive short distances ona planetary surface. A single occupant can spend as much time driving as the fuel and oxygen supply allow.

The car is designed to be air-drop-capable, with a set of two parachutes that, in conjunction with a gyroscope, allow the craft to safely land on atmospheric bodies.

This rover is designed to do not much more than drive. It is unarmed and carries no special systems outside the chutes and the gyroscope.
