Simonov AVS-36

An automatic rifle designed in the Soviet Union in the late 1930s for the Red Army. Despite a promising design, the AVS-36 ended up being underwhelming due to an overcomplicated firing mechanism and uncontrollable recoil. It was replaced by the SVT-38 and it's successor, the SVT-40 shortly after it's introduction. While it saw limited use in the Winter War and WW2, most rifles were scrapped with most remaining copies located in Finland.

ZB ZK-383

An unusual submachinegun of Czech origin, the ZK-383 was originally conceived as a squad support weapon firing pistol caliber ammunition and later redesigned as a standard smg in the vein of the MP18. Despite this, it kept it's bipod and detachable barrel, rare features for an smg. It saw service during WW2 with the axis power and was exported to South America as well. A police version, the ZK-383P was also made, lacking a bipod.

Name: ZK-383

De Lisle Carbine

One of the quietest weapons ever created, the De Lisle was conceived as a stealthy weapon for special forces. Created using the bolt and stock of a Lee-Enfield Mk.III* rifle, a Thompson submachinegun barrel modified with an enormous silencer and a magazine well for Colt M1911 magazines, the De Lisle was an odd-looking weapon, but extremely effective in it's intended role. The weapon was so quiet in fact, that operating the bolt mechanism made a louder sound than firing the weapon. It was used primarily by the British Commandos, with some examples finding their way to the SOE and the SAS. Beyond WW2 it saw service in the Korean war and the Malayan emergency. Since only 129 were ever made, the weapon is a rare collector's item nowadays.

Caliber: .45 ACP (subsonic)
Action: bolt-action
Ammunition type: detachable box magazine
Ammunition capacity: 7-round detachable or 11-round box magazine (from the Colt M1911 pistol)
