I did a full run of this game with mod installed and then on second map a soldier immediately rocketed my tram. I looked around for replacement and there was none. I walked 2 chapters for nothing as you can't progress without the tram, which was permanently disabled.
Why is there a rocket that destroys your tram? So stupid....

It's a masterpiece really! Not a single bug. You just subscribe to it then launch Black Mesa and load 8 Chapter!!! That's it. Works like a charm. Brand new experience! I recommend to everyone, this is must-have. In original game which we even passed in coop the visuals were like really poor and there was a lot of like undetailed, "not to watch to", to "pass", "to turn your sight away" areas, it felt really terrible. Here author really brought it to live. And specials are stunning. Maybe even better then the whole other Black Mesa which all of sudden from amateur mode became FPS king? :D

On A Rail in Half-Life was where I quit. On A Rail in Black Mesa was better, but borderline forgettable. On A Rail Uncut FEELS like Half-Life. In fact I find myself thinking that Surface Tension (with overhaul) and On A Rail Uncut are the most Half-Life-feeling chapters in the game. They (and QE Overhaul) are the parts I think about on a regular basis the most.

For anyone on a Steam Deck who's interested in this mod, don't try it. I got framerates in the 10-12 range at some combat heavy parts. Practically unplayable for a chunk of it.

What about the glitch where they cannot load pass the last part, and the maps no longer existing after the chapter? (and the whole AI being disabled bug as well)

Just played through my replay with this mod enabled. Did not get the save file glitch from what I can currently tell. Obviously can't rule the bug out, but it might be safe, for anyone wondering!

Also, have the save file being bugged out, not letting anyone load past it fixed?

Does this add the elevator ride to the rocket? I want to take the security guard still.

Save file bugs out at the very end of the chapter in this mod and won't let me continue into the next area that needs to load past the rocket silo.

I enjoyed the mod otherwise, but I'm not sure what's causing this bug beyond maybe a node graph issue (I had an issue with that in the rocket silo area as well) and it's keeping me from continuing the save file from there.

I completed the definitive edition of BM before playing through "the definitive OaR" mod. I only experienced an issue on the last map, the one where Gordon launches the rocket carrying the satellite. Loading any saves, quick or normal, resulted in the AI being disabled (this came up as an "AI disabled" message on the screen). Restarting the game did not solve this. Also the game did not continue after I finished this level (easy enough with frozen enemies). As I had already completed this map during my original play-through, I didn't investigate solutions. Other than these (critical) errors, the mod is a functional addition to the base BM game.
