Description
My port of dm-deck16][ from UT99 to Source.

Changelog:

November/2006 (v1.0):
- Original port of the map done by myself for HL2:DM.

??/2009 (v2.0)
- Switched to the Ep1 engine.
- Changed blue water to the original green slime.
- Added slime ambience.
- Converted map to work with GM:DM game mode.

April/2013 (v3.0)
- Switched to the Orangebox engine.
- Removed support for defunct game mode GM:DM.
- Updated most textures and added bumpmaps/detail textures (map should look better.)
- Fixed various texture alignment errors.
- Fixed some weird texture lighting problems.

Since there is no port of the original UT weapons to Garry's Mod, I've scattered some HL2 weapons around the map, along with some health kits. These items don't respawn, so if you intend to run this map on a server, you'll need to write a Lua script to do this task.

This map should work in HL2:DM still, but I have not tested it.

I've never played TTT, nor have I ever made a map for it, nor looked at how TTT maps are constructed. I don't currently have the time to sit down and figure out what makes a TTT map work.

That being said, I don't plan on releasing the VMF for various reasons, with the primary it being too much of an arduous task. The map requires custom compile settings, custom entity scripts for Hammer and is entirely made up of custom assets. All of this content is integrated into my map development environment and would require manually exporting, which would take hours. It's not as simple of a task as handing over a VMF.

If you need custom entities in the map, it's not difficult to use Lua and/or Entspy to add/remove content from the existing map. These methods were once widely used to customize maps, but seem to be a lost art these days, which is a shame.

I think this would be a nice map to use in TTT. Would it be hard to convert it for you? Or would you provide the VMF, so I can try?

Why would it need CS:S, all of the content in the map is custom.
