Yoraiz0r's Outfit: Arachne Version

Description
A arachne friendly version of Yoraiz0r's skirt and top from TigerFestival1988's mod. Like the originals, they are crafted with ten fabric at a spinning wheel. I have permission from the author to post this mod. Enjoy!

Turns out I somehow forgot the recipe files entirely, though I have no idea how. It should be working now.

@moomal, just use this API, so you wont need to make separate mods for custom races

I did not see the arachne version of the top in the spinning wheel, and neither part showed up in admin mode.

@skipfmueller It should be "arachneyoraizorskirtlegs", but does the skirt show up in admin mode?
Also, can you see the arachne version of yoraiz0rs top?

What's the spawn ID for the skirt? It isn't showing up in the spinning wheel for me.
