Capitals of <Planet Specialism> (2.0/2.1)

Description
Empire Unique buildings for specialised planets.

Requires Planet Specialising Edicts and Centers of <Planet Specialism>.

Four empire unique capitals (please note, these do not upgrade or replace vanilla capitals), requiring a number of specialised centers and an appropriate specialising edict and center on the planet. See the slideshow for more details.

COMPATIBILITY
Built against Stellaris v2.0.4. Works fine with v2.1.
Requires Planet Specialising Edicts & Centers of <Planet Specialism>.
Does not require AlphaMod. Works with AlphaMod. Not included in AlphaMod.
Does not modify any vanilla files.
Should be fine with an existing save-game.
The AI will use the new buildings.
Not Ironman achievement compatible.

It says it requires the edict to be active to build the buildings, do the buildings stay when the edict run out?

Agreed on the military capital, I usually like to turn my capital world into a fortress world that recruits ground armies. Extra XP or modifiers, build speed, price etc would be nice.

Interesting, but can you add a Millitary Capital? It can be something like a Milltary Industrial Complex, can lower upkeep, increase unit build speed, requires academy, fleet HQ ect..
