it does need to be made incompatible with the negative traits, though. swarm's not incompatible with defective scanners (mineral series) or rusty antiques (unity series), though I don't think anyone would run those alongside swarm lol
I can post my work to a pastebin link if you want, just note that it's old, and there are going to be parts that are wrong. I haven't done any maintenance since 2.5 and, frankly, I didn't know someone updated enhanced robomodding until just now. enhanced robomodding might have had some changes, and I know additional traits definitely had some changes. still, it might be helpful as a place to start.
as I stated previously (may 21 2018), you will need 3 files in this mod - two of them blank files that overwrite the AT and ER, and the 3rd one a merged patch file
