nvm, fixed it by disabling all my campaign mods.

The effect wont show up and I keep getting

I can't think of anything else to suggest at this moment, btw, does the console say something like "attempted to create unknown effect Volk_fire_FP" ?

i just tested on the standard campaigns and still no effects.. i disabled all mods that show a conflict ( even if the only ones that conflict are campaigns) and still no luck. there must be a mod that conflicts that shows no conflict. thats why i was asking if there are known mods that conflict with yours.

No, the other mods could not affect the energy effects because they're unique and use the manifest. Just for clarity, can you make sure Dead End isn't what conflicts with particle manifest? Particle manifest IS the key mod that makes all those tracers and energy effects working - and custom maps and campaigns are the primary thing that could cause trouble because they sometimes include a manifest too! That's the only possibility I would think of why the energy effects won't work - if some campaign overrides the manifest.
