OTRWalter has provided a collection to download this asset with its dependencies. Thank this person kindly. I probably should have done this already.

They both point to my workshop, so it's legit.

This is a 4x4 growable farming industry asset. I worked in a few of these when I was a kid - so I made sure to include a boombox ... because honestly a bit of music is about the only thing that makes working inside one of these sweltering heck pits bearable, imho.

Asset Stats
Greenhouse base: 1,342 tris
lod: 170 tris

Textures 1,024 and 128

Props and decoration: quite a few on the greenhouse base. Lights to illuminate it at night and plants on the plots inside - a few other decorative props to jazz it up inside. It's tight to the 4x4 footprint on the z axis, so you can place them back-to-back, as you see in a few of the screenshots.

Oh yeah - and I put a large gather spot inside so people will randomly wander in and hang out. Workers mainly - but I've noticed some Cims bring their dogs. So consider it a pet-friendly workplace!

No DLC required - but one prop asset dependency. It's one I had to create so the greenhouse cover would actually show up on the growable version of the building. It's not an ideal solution, because props vanish as you back away from them. The transparency lods fix mod is not really essential for this asset to function, but it is worth getting. You may want to look at the adaptive prop visibility distance mod, if your machine can handle it - that is, if you want to see the glass prop from extreme distances.

About:
I haven't put anything up on the Workshop in about a month, January was a stupid kind of busy, which is odd - because it's usually never busy for me. And, after playing with the rotors shader, this was something I wanted to tackle. Logical step, you know, with many greenhouses being translucent. I think it looks rather nice.

I had tried to create a RICO definition for the building, but I really think RICO's in need of a bit of work. It does the trick for many of those mall-type, large-footprint, low-density commercials, but I was having some real trouble getting the mod and the game to recognize that it was a farming asset. I do not think I will be creating a RICO version.
